MyMCH Patient Portal

MyMCH gives you the ability to manage all of your healthcare needs in one place. MyMCH is a secure, online portal that connects you to your personal health information 24/7/365. You can access your personal health records, view appointments, schedule video visits, review test results and communicate with your provider from any computer, tablet or smartphone device.

Ways to Sign Up for MyMCH:

1. During registration at any MCH facility.
2. Contacting Medical Center Health System at 432.640.2300 during normal business hours and for after hours, please call 1.877.621.8014.
3. Self-enrolling by clicking the link below. You must be age 18 or older, able to provide your social security number and be a current patient of Medical Center Health System.

To self-enroll, you will need the following information:

• Legal First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number (SSN)

Please note the information listed above must match what you provided during registration at an MCH facility. Self-enrollment is not currently available to caregivers or guardians. If you manage the health of a patient, please talk to the patient's healthcare provider during the next visit to receive a personal invitation to MyMCH.

How to Access MyMCH:

• The Medical Center Health System Patient Portal is located here, or via our mobile app that is available for IOS and Android devices. (Email to login must be the same as provided to your MCH healthcare provider.

• Download the free MyMCH App, available on Apple™ iOS and Android™ devices and set up your username and password to schedule a MCH video visit, view test results, health records, immunizations, medications, appointments and more. If you have a previous log-in from MyMCH Records, you will use the same password to log-in!

With features like scheduling a MCH video visit and viewing test results, it's designed to help you stay on track to a healthier you. Your MyMCH account is secure, and only you can access your private information. If you have a previous log-in from MyMCH Records, you will use the same password to log-in!

Convenience

Once registered, you’ll be able to access the MyMCH patient portal from any computer or smartphone. It’s a convenient way to save time that otherwise would be spent on the phone or waiting in a doctor’s office.
